Requirements

You will need ActiveSync and Meeting Maker installed on the computer you synchronize with. File synchronization must be enabled.

Installation

Simply copy the MMSync.exe file to your PocketPC using Explorer. Or if you have connectivity from your PocketPC, just download the file directly to your device. I recommend storing the executable in \Windows\Start Menu on your PocketPC so you can run it easily from there. Alternatively, you could put it somewhere else and just create a shortcut on your Start menu.

Use

Go to Meeting Maker, and select Export from the File menu. Make sure the Calendar checkbox is selected. Set the date range to whatever you desire, or accept the defaults. From the Type of export dropdown, select Meeting Maker Text Export. Click OK.

When prompted to save the file, you must save it to to the Business directory in your PocketPC My Documents directory and you must name the file mm.txt. The goal here is for the exported text file to end up as \My Documents\Business\mm.txt on your PocketPC device.

Once the mm.txt file has synchronized to your device, you can run MMSync on your PocketPC. Simply click it. The first time you run MMSync, all of your calendar appointments will be loaded into your Pocket Outlook calendar with a category of MMSyncCE. This ensures that they are identifiably separate from your other appointments. The next time you run MMSyncCE, it will first delete all of the MMSyncCE appointments and then load the new ones.

Known Issues

Synchronization is one-way only. You can view Meeting Maker appointments on your PocketPC, but any changes you make can not be updated back to Meeting Maker.

Meeting attendees are not synchronized. Since Meeting Maker's text export doesn't contain attendee information, I can't add it to the meeting notes. However, all other pertinent information is synchronized: Time, Location, Agenda.

MMSync has been tested with Meeting Maker 6.x. Users report that it also works with the following:
